All credit card orders placed on products in stock, before 3:30 PM +2 GMT on any business day will be shipped same or next day, subject to credit approval. Shipping charges can be viewed before final commit to the order and is based on the State Post shipping charge; NewOEMSoftware.com handling charge (shipping material and packing labor) and package insurance.
We accept only Visa, Master, American Express, and Discover via PayPal, PayPal bank account and/or PayPal balance payments and payments made via Moneybookrs (Skrill) at this time. There will be no surcharge for the use of credit cards. For company and personal check payments, orders will be shipped only after funds are released from your financial institution to NewOEMSoftware.com. This could take up to 7 business days after our receipt of your payment. NewOEMSoftware.com reserves the product or guaranty continued availability after confirmed order.
Returns and Replacement Policy
Should you wish to cancel an order, you would be required to refuse delivery of your shipment. No applicable restocking fee and shipping charges will be charged to your account.
All items other than opened software and hardware subject to manufacturer’s restrictions can be returned within 7 days of purchase for refund or replacement and the following terms and conditions will apply.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- NewOEMSoftware.com is not responsible for shipping costs of returned merchandise.
- Where appropriate, credit will be given within three weeks of return of the product. Credit will be calculated based on price of product on the date the returned item reaches our warehouse.
- Customers wishing to return or replace any product after 7 days from date of invoice must contact the manufacturer of the product. NewOEMSoftware.com will have no liability after 30 days for the date of invoice.
Products purchased from NewOEMSoftware.com carry limited manufacturer’s warranty (OEM) and all issues arising from the same must be taken up with directly with the manufacturers.
All physically delivered items are shipped with airmail registered via State Post service. Flat shipping cost is $9.67, worldwide.
Digitally delivered items are delivered with no shipping charges. Each digitally delivered order is processed manually, so please allow up to 12 hours to process the order. This will include opening packaging, making disc image and saving it to ISO format, uploading to file hosting service and transfer of Serial Number, License or Activation Code and/or other forms of software licensing.
Attention! If you ordered software with Digital Delivery option and have not received an email with the details of your order, download links and/or serial number, please log in to your account at www.newoemsoftware.com, navigate to your order and proceed to Order History section. You will find all necessary info with download and/or other instructions in Order History. Free mail hosting services as well as corporate mail services may block or classify messages from NewOEMSoftware.com as Spam or other unwanted mail due to inappropriately set up spam filters.
